Hey Bagheera - here's a place to expose the Screeching Neckbeast! This site, rottenneighbor.com, has only been in existence for about two months but already has had over a quarter of a million visitors. Supposedly it is a public service of sorts - the idea being that prospective home buyers might be able to avoid the misfortune of landing next door to the "neighbor from hell" by checking this site out first. I see it just as a place for people to VENT about the jerks they are stuck living next to.

Hey Bagheera - here's a place to expose the Screeching Neckbeast! LMAO!!! I love it! Just wait - the Screeching NeckBeast will definitely end up on this website. She's weedeating her yard as I type while her lazy-ass ball-and-chain is leaning on his truck watching. Oh, and the front yard looks like a daycare with so many kids running around. She needs to get a damn permit for having so many illegitimate grandkids at her house all at once.

i have to come by and see this for myself. it sounds great and i think the view would be better.
