Meet shy and humble cell phone salesman Paul Potts on "Britain's Got Talent"........I had chillbumps all over during his incredible audition & final performance on the show. I also loved the judges' reactions - I don't think they were prepared to hear such a powerful, beautiful voice when Paul took the stage.
