I do not know to whom this pic belongs but I do know that he or she has a home and obviously a loving family! But in light of recent events with the abuse and mistreatment of pit bulls by horrible people you can prob. think of the million other animals who are mistreated and/or thrown out into the streets to fend for themselves.
